CUSTOMER CARE CAPABILITIES
SANTA ANA, Calif. – AGR Group Inc., a pioneer in support services to the retail energy industry, has added online chat and screen sharing capabilities to its inbound Customer Service suite of products.
The services are deployed though the web sites of energy suppliers for which AGR Customer Service provides care functions. The live chat capability allows customer service representatives to answer questions from current or prospective customers in real time. The screen sharing function, activated with the customer’s permission, allows the representative to help the customer navigate through account management or enrollment screens.
