He is a strategic thinker and excellent communicator and considers himself a born problem solver. As General Manager, Kent will oversee the company’s business strategy and growth, as well as the day to day operations of EnergyCare.
Associate General Manager
Zeb has been with EnergyCare for over 10 years in various management positions, and has experience in all areas of call center operations and quality assurance and management. As Sr. Director of Administration, Zeb will handle Administration, Human Resources and take on vaious EnergyCare special projects.
Director of Operations
Esther comes to EnergyCare with over 20 years of experience in workforce training, development, and call center management. She has a history of facilitating change to support organizational operations and quality objectives. Esther will oversee EnergyCare’s performance and productivity, as well as workforce training and management.
As Account Manager, Myrom is the point of contact for any and all matters specific to EnergyCare clients. He works closely with both his staff and the client’s team to help develop a strong, long-lasting partnership. In his tenure, Myrom has been a top sales agent and trainer, helped launch and maintain four new campaigns for his team and has experience in all parts of the floor, from quality and training to customer care and sales production.
Brooklyn joins EnergyCare to oversee HR responsibilities for the call center, including onboarding new employees and company culture. Brooklyn has over eight years of HR experience and has been recognized for her excellence in compliance of processes and procedures. She brings to EnergyCare expertise in recruiting strategies, talent acquisition, and retention management.
Quality Control Manager
Noreen has been with the company for over three years and has earned the #1 Agent Award more times than any other agent. With her recent promotion to Quality Control Manager she is responsible for the training, monitoring and improvement departments within the Quality Control Division.
