Zeb comes to EnergyCare with 10 years experience in the area of call center operations, quality assurance and management. For the last three years, he has held executive positions in the AGR family of companies. As General Manager, he oversees the company’s day to day operations and quality of our customer care services to our clients customers. In addition, he manages inbound enrollment and aggregation campaigns for our clients.
Prior to joining EnergyCare, Zeb served as manager over product delivery and quality assurance of a national marketing and design firm.
