Customer Service Client Launches New Program

AGR Group has been delivering customer relationships for its clients since 2002. We proudly consider ourselves one of the pioneers of energy telemarketing: often imitated, never duplicated.
cipherLast year, we began to apply our energy-only expertise to inbound customer service. It was a natural extension for AGR Group, as our customer service representatives are knowledgeable and well prepared, whether they are placing or answering calls.

Inbound customer service is a different approach, to be sure, and we’ve dedicated specific team members, managers and training methods to the effort. Our client list is growing, and we’re delivering a quality product.

Executives and staff at AGR Florida were working hard this week at getting our latest program up and running.

The client delivered a full week of training to the program-specific agents, and everyone was excited to start fielding inbound calls on Tuesday afternoon. We have a great bunch of team players to assist in the success of this program, and morale is high in the customer service area. We are eager to serve our client in a wide variety of customer support functions.
